Maria Tyakina (Russia, 1991) is a designer whose work is characterized by sculptural gestures and emphasizes form, materiality, and spatial relationships. Originally from Russia, Maria completed her Interior Architecture and Furniture Design studies at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, in the Netherlands where she now lives and works.
